Many women I talked to say they are not self-breast exams, even though most think they should. Nobody wants to search (or, God forbid, find!) From Cancer. We have been trained to avoid danger, and research of cancer like looking for trouble. Our bodies through what we think are affected, as they can be sure to spend time each month, do a self breast, worrying if we are to find a song? But we feel guilty if we do not.
And what should we feel when we touch our breasts anyway? You feel full of lumps! Most of us are not sure how to touch or examine our breasts or what we would if we felt something really suspicious. Our guilt and confusion, it is even more complicated.

How do I do self-massage of the breast?
First, make or buy some herbal oils infused and ointments. You want more, as each offers unique advantages.
Then, create a comfortable and private where you can relax: in a hot bath or sitting in bed with pillows. (Leaves protective clothing and oil stains.) Do you out there with bare breasts, with your infused herbal oils close at hand.
Do not drop your eyelids. Place your hands on your heart and hum. Cup your breasts with your hands and hum. Imagine viewing before or energy streaming from your nipples. Let your breasts and heart open and fluid as you hum.
Open your eyes. Transfer the vegetable oil or ointment to your palms. Rub your hands together until they feel hot gay. Place them on each side of one breast and hum.
